I thought I would do a session and never return. I did not. I found my space, hit my weight goal early, and crossed the line at HYROX Cardiff in 1:27:46.
Ed lost 10kg on his own before he joined us. He wanted to keep going and learn how to lift. In a few months he smashed his target weight, built strength he did not think was possible, became a Sunday runner and lined up for his first HYROX. He finished Cardiff in May 2026 at 1:27:46. The weight loss is the headline. The confidence is the real story.

Five months in, almost 20kg down, lifting properly for the first time, and now the loudest voice in the room when someone else is going for a PB.
5K from 24:xx to 19:52. HYROX from new to 1:09:39 in Belgium. Down 12kg. Next: sub-19 minute 5K, sub-65 HYROX at Birmingham.
First 5K PB in her first summer. First mixed doubles HYROX in Glasgow at 1:45:53. First solo HYROX coming up in Cardiff. Electric energy in every session.
Three years out with injury and burnout. Five weeks in: 70kg deadlift, 40kg bench, sleeping better than she has in years. She thought her body was broken. It was not.
