Circuit classes

Circuits are an amazing way to push your limits and really challenge yourself. We use a variety of training methods and no class is ever the same. Slightly larger groups focusing on all aspects of training. We work with various training methods such as;

  • HIIT
  • Cardio
  • Strength
  • Functional Movement
  • Core Stability
  • Postural Activation and Analysis 

Late evenings are available and all abilities are taken on.
